Let's go back to the early days... Dave Carters was born in November 1980. He mingeled with electronic dance music , when he was 16 years old. At first Dave listened to commercial sounds. But in the following 2 years he got to know trance music and fell in love with it. Listening to trance music almost all the time and reading about the electronic dance music scene, he became more and more enthusiastic for this kind of music and got more interested in other variations of dance music. Since these days hegot his first equipment...one turntable, a single tape deck and a two chanel mixer without pre-cue option. His slogan: Try and Error! At first this was just for fun, just to pass the time and be a DJ on private parties. But after years of pratice, his Dj-Mixes started to sound better and better and he decided to take things to another level. In 2001 he won a DJ Contest and from this point he was not such a party DJ. That was the first time he had the possibility to show his skills in a club.And yes, he rocked the crowed, till today... Now he love to listen to Progressive House, Progressive Trance , Dutch Trance, even all kinds of advanced electronic Music inspired by Paul van Dyk. He also has his own radioshow called Hypnotic Sessions where he reveals and describes his actual feelings. For him music is not just a temporary fashion or a style of wearing clothes. Music is a way of living and feeling. And he likes to interact with his crowd and see how they react and appear. 'It's not only love for music, it's passion, and it goes beyond liking and beyond a hobby, it's about a way of living. Music is a part of my life. This is what I want'.
